The problem is the management team or for better words like of,,, And already told manage, all they can say is they'll address the issue. The thing is we already address it, but management is not doing anything to correct the issues. if you love loud noise, dog shit everywhere and drugs 24 7 then village at mills gap is where to be

|Recommended: Nopeeps afraid to move their car fear of no parking space when they return...and between the noise of kids running wild inside and the drugs people use coming into your apartment... then we have the river every time it rains because they are too lazy to put a ladder up and clean the gutters... and getting things fixed here, well you better pray you're a handed-man, but that only works so far, because they won't let you fix most things even though you can do a better job. if you not sign a lease, yet...DON'T RUN

|Recommended: NoWe’ve been tenants here at Mills Gap since 2021 and can’t wait for our lease term to end so we can get the hell out of this place. Very poorly managed since day one. We’ve been without a working HVAC system for two weeks and keep getting excuses for when it’ll be repaired which is a total disgrace. Not recommended

|Recommended: NoPlease adjust how you display cost of rent. Rent is advertised as water sewage included and also internet. This is not included in the cost. This is included in your bill, so residents are actually paying for this. Is this actually supposed to be included If so please adjust residents fees and submit refunds for the times we have been charged.

|Recommended: NoNot sure why my low review was not posted. Kind of defeats the purpose of transparency for future residents to get the true picture. This review is related to the constant obstacles I have to dodge in the disastrous parking lot. Can't walk on the pavement because of how rough it is. Broken speed bumps and constant broken glass all over.
