|Recommended: YesDo not look at the posted rent and believe that is what you will pay. They force you into other costs including spectrum internet and charge almost 100 a month for that service even though individually the cost is half that amount. Basically add 200 to your posted rent and that will be the monthly payment owed. They False advertise to get you in the door which should be illegal
When it comes to the lease agreement they will expect you to honor everything in the lease involving yourself but they will not honor anything when it concerns them. Don't bother making a noise complaint. They don't care. I've only been here 2 months and hate that I fell into this trap. They will bait and switch apartments. The one they show you will be very very nice and when you say you want it and do the paperwork they will put you into a different apartment that needs work and say sorry...someone got the one we showed you already. Drugs and shady people all over the place. And no peace and quiet

|Recommended: YesNo place is perfect but apartment living is apartment living.
1. The apartment itself is cozy and I haven't had any maintenance issues in a year other than having a tub that needed repair from the previous tenant.
2. The parking could be better. It's difficult to find parking sometimes near your building but overall it's manageable. Lots of people have multiple cars and hog the spaces.
3. The grounds are relatively well kept Only issue is many tenants refuse to pick up after their dogs so if you are in the grass watch out
4. Noise is a issue here. Near my building there are 3 cars that have aftermarket exhausts and straight pipes. Early in the morning and late at night these cars will rattle your windows and wake you up. Management really needs to address this.
4. Gym is nice and the pool is great
I'd give 5 stars but the car noise issue demands a lost star.

|Recommended: YesThanks to the Village at Mills Gap Team, Mills Gap is once again becoming a great place for people to live. When I moved here, the place was run down and the people living here were not the best to live around, nor with. Things started out rough for the new management team, they had to deal with a lot of bad people and everything needing fixed at the same time. Where the management B4, just let it run down and rented to anything. The turnabout I see coming, is like watching phoenixes rise from the ashes. Village at Mills Gap is coming back. |Recommended: NoI cannot in good faith recommend this apartment complex, knowing I do not socialize with people using illegal substance allowing their children running wild cursing other children adults. However, I would like to thank the Manger for getting the gutters clean I was able to sit out while it rained without getting wet. Thank you. Also, for maintenance Joe changing my outlet in the kitchen so quickly, with hopes that it solves the issue. I am starting to see management improving here hope to see more of in the future. Great work

|Recommended: YesHere at Hells Gap, been reading the reviews by all these people who think they want peace and a community raising children with manners and respect. The rest of us are from the other side of the track here, enjoy our weed and letting our kids run wild all day and night, cussing all they want. And as soon as they get that old ditty out of that front apartment, they be moving us another drug dealer in, and Bro, we won't even have to run upstairs to get our drugs in the 200 anymore. Love to party and let kids grow up ready for hell here's the place to be. And let me give them a 1 star to show their 1. Only recommending to dope buddies.

|Recommended: NoA tenant nailed it when they called, Village at mills gap, Hells gap. The drugs coming into your apartment all the time affecting your health and safety. The kids and parent running, jumping and stomping all through the day night till 2 and 3 am. and when you report it to the office, Management said call the law, then they say, you're harassing them, but its ok that they harass you with loud music and TV and noise constantly. It's past time, corporate send someone in here to clean this place up, starting with management that is not doing their job. Then clean the gutters that are full of dirt with grass growing and the yards that are full of dog poop among many other issues that have been left unattended. I have never lived a place so disorganized for like of care and management If this is how Hamilton point investments manage their property. I will make sure that I never rent any of their property again, or anyone I know will. and forget the security officer, she a a joke

Kids parents running, jumping stomping throughout the day into the night till 2 3 am. Report it to the office, just to be told, call the law by Megan. Then Megan accuses you of harassing them. Yet, it's ok for you to be harassed with loud music, TV noise constantly. It's past time corporate sent someone in to clean up this place. Starting with management, for not doing their job. |Recommended: NoHere at hells gap we have notice issues that are reported to management, is being told to the people that are being reported to the manager. So, instead of management fixing the issue they created more issue with arguments between tenants. I have studied the rights of renters in SC, 6 on the list, states for tenants to Not disturbing other tenants . That being said one would think that our manger has no IDEAL what she is doing and should step out and let someone in that can do the job correctly. This was all over kids and the so-called adults running, jumping, tv land music in loud, dogs barking among other noise all day and into the morning hours 2, 3am...AND DON'T FORGET THE DRUGS....
